Neuro Linguistic Programming

Feeling Stuck In Your Thinking Patterns and Behaviours?

NLP could be the solution for you. NLP is a powerful technique designed to help you reframe negative thought patterns, emotions, and behaviours that may be holding you back.

Sarah trained in NLP to support her patients' mindset as part of their overall journey to wellness, offering it as a complementary service alongside her osteopathic treatments. By using a combination of language, visualization, and deep relaxation techniques, NLP enables you to shift your mindset, overcome past limitations, and achieve your goals with greater ease and confidence.

Whether you're struggling with stress, anxiety, phobias, or want to break free from old habits, NLP provides the tools to create lasting positive change.

New | Scar Therapy & Trauma Treatment

  • I have recently completed advanced training in trauma therapy and scar therapy, which I’m now incorporating into my practice.

If you have scars—whether old or new—trauma or discomfort around them, my approach can support you in both physical healing and emotional release.

  • Scar therapy can help heal both the physical and emotional aspects of scarring. It's especially relevant for people who have undergone C-sections, as well as anyone who may have experienced trauma around their scars. Many people have deep emotional associations with scars, sometimes avoiding them altogether or holding onto the trauma they represent. This is where trauma therapy comes in—offering effective tools and techniques (similar to NLP) to help release emotional blockages and promote healing on a deeper level.

  • Scar therapy is beneficial for all types of scars, whether they’re from surgery, injuries, or medical procedures. This includes C-sections, as well as less obvious scarring from procedures like laparoscopy, which can cause significant internal scarring that many people aren't aware of.

I was surprised to learn just how invasive even minimally invasive procedures like laparoscopy can be. A tiny incision opens up into cutting equipment that can cause deep tissue damage. Understanding this has reinforced the importance of addressing scarring, whether it's visible or not.
